  • 57,800 Ring Spinning Spindles: That convert cotton strands into yarn by rotating into twist around the ring spin and facilitating the winding the spun yarn onto the cone. It produced 78,930 Kgs / day and per cone length is around 57,000 meters that makes it fine and consistence yarn.

4,800 Doubling Spindles: Its main objectives are to increase the smoothness, strength, evenness and luster of the yarn. Where two or more single yarn-strands are combined, twisted and wound together to form a single, stronger, more uniform and smoother pile yarn that produced around 25,000 Kgs / day per cone length is around 32,000 in meters. Aimed to increasing tensile strength and improving yarn luster.

  • 56448 Ring Spinning Spindles: For fine and consistence yarns.
  •  4660 Auto Coro Rotors: with head count of 200 skilled workers, for high quality & durable yarns, wound up to core bobbin, it produces 1500 bags per day.

These yarn includes all sort of counts and qualities including 100% cotton as well as
sustainable recycled cotton and polyester yarns. Our advanced spinning technology
guarantees premium yarns for exceptional textile products.

145 Air Jet Looms:

These new and advanced technology looms provide high-speed and recise fabric production, ensuring high-quality textiles with intricate designs.

18 Jacquard Looms:

The inclusion of Jacquard looms allows for the creation of detailed, complex patterns, offering greater design flexibility and precision in fabric creation. And moreover it has built in chiller operating system.

127 Dobby Looms:

Use a versatile weaving method that uses a mechanism to control up to 32 shafts, allowing for complex, geometric and patterned designs beyond simple plain weaves.

22 Toyota Fabric Looms:

Installation of Toyota Fabric Looms JAT910 model. These looms introduced i-SENSOR weft insertion system. This system recommends proper adjustments of timing to improve overall loom performance that weave neat, fine and premium fabric.

1100 Shuttle Looms:

Our extensive use of power looms ensures robust and efficient weaving processes. This large- scale capacity enables us to produce fabrics at a faster rate while maintaining consistent quality, ideal for meeting both large orders and market demand.

Annual Production Capability:

With annual production capabilities reaching around 46.9 million of Air jet production and about 29.0 million production of Shuttle Looms across weaving process. And CMT (Cut-Make- Trim) our integrated manufacturing process ensures large-scale efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of fabric quality, durability and precision.

148 Air Jet Looms (including 18 jacquard):

These advanced looms provide high-speed, precise fabric production, ensuring high-quality textiles with intricate designs. The inclusion of Jacquard looms allows for the creation of detailed, complex patterns, offering greater design flexibility and precision in fabric creation. And moreover it has built in chiller operating system. The hot Water secured from Jacket Water & Waste heat recovery boiler of over 70 centigrade is utilized in chiller operating to maintain shed temperature up till 25 degrees centigrade with chiller capacity of over 800 Tons per Hour our Air jet Looms setup is a user of these chillers. Keeping all weaving operations Sustainable.

Our extensive use of power looms ensures robust and efficient weaving processes. This large-scale capacity enables us to produce fabrics at a faster rate while maintaining consistent quality, ideal for meeting both large orders and market demand.

With annual production capabilities reaching 50,000 tons across weaving, processing, and CMT (Cut, Make, Trim), our integrated manufacturing process ensures large-scale efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of fabric quality, durability, and precision.

Hemming:

512 machines for precise high speed hemming, ensuring clean and durable edges.

Over Lock:

500 to 850 machines providing secure and strong seams for enhanced fabric durability.

Slitting Hemming:

Around 90 to 210 machines for intricate and precise ribbon attachment, adding a touch of finesse to every towel.

Auto Hemming:

24 automated machines delivering consistence high efficiency hemming.

Wind Turbine Initiative for a Sustainable Future:

Invested around $5 Million in renewable energy, combining solar power and wind turbines to promote sustainability. Wind turbine Project with a total installed capacity of 7.5 MW, is under installation for the generation of renewable energy. This initiative will reduce our carbon footprint, increase energy efficiency and support long term growth ensuring a cleaner more sustainable future for our operations.

Strengthening Our Supply Chain: In-House Carton Factory :

Investment around $1.25 Million to establish the set-up of in-house carton factory and Polyester-Ribbon manufacturing set-up to reinforcing our supply chain. This investment will enhance packaging efficiency, lead times and ensure greater control over product quality and sustainability in packaging.

Scaling Up Manufacturing: New Factory Setup

Investing a handsome amount to scale up the manufacturing setup. New factory setup involves increasing production volume with upgrade equipment to meet demand while maintaining quality, automation and supply chain expansion.
